What You'll Need

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
6 Mission® Soft Taco Size flour tortillas, cut into 8 wedges each
1 jar (10 ounces) caramel topping
1/4 cup dark rum
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced (about 1 1/3 cups)
1 cup vanilla ice cream

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat the oven to 350°F.  Pour the butter into a shallow bowl.  Stir the cinnamon and sugar in a dish.

    Dip the tortilla wedges in the butter and coat with the cinnamon mixture.  Place the tortilla wedges onto a baking sheet.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the tortilla wedges are golden.

    Heat the caramel topping and rum in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally.  Add the bananas and stir to coat.  Spoon the banana mixture over the tortilla wedges.  Top with the ice cream.
