What You'll Need

1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, prepared according to package directions
6 tablespoons refried beans
3/4 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped green onion

How to Make It

  • 1

    Keep the oven at 425°F.  Leave the toasts on the baking sheet.  Spread 1 tablespoon beans on each toast.

  • 2

    Bake for 2 minutes or until the beans are hot. Top each with  2 tablespoons salsa, 1 teaspoon sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon chopped green onion.
