Steak strips are sautéed with bell pepper and onion, coated with beef gravy, topped with Cheddar cheese and salsa and rolled up in flour tortillas.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 boneless beef top round steak (about 1 pound), cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell's® Beef Gravy
8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pace® Chunky Salsa

After preparation, I filled tortillas with the beefy fajitas' filling and the Mexican cheeses. Placed in the oven on warm to wait for the family to get home. My husband says it may be the best meal he's EVER eaten!

I feed six very picky eaters and I can say they all loved this. We will surely make this time and time again. What a wonderful and quick meal. I served it over rice. Awesome!
