Easy Chicken Paprika

Easy elegance… Browned chicken is added to a creamy mushroom sauce rich with sour cream and seasoned with paprika and red pepper.

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 teaspoons paprika

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

  • HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • ADD soup, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
  • STIR in sour cream and heat through. Serve with noodles.

    My entire family loved this recipe!! My 6-year-old liked it so much he was actually licking his plate! I made this for my mom and now she asks me to make it every time she get the chance.

    I made this with the Cream of Chicken & Mushroom, and light sour cream. Instead of the ground red pepper, I used McCormick Fajita seasoning and it turned out awesome!
