Ground beef, spicy tomato sauce, tortillas and cheese are layered and baked for a hearty one-dish meal.
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa or Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortillas (8-inch) or 8 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

I make this for my kids and I and we all love it! It is super simple and is great to make ahead of time. I use the corn tortillas and add a can of sliced olives for my kids.

I have made this recipe twice in the last two weeks we liked it so much! It was SO good, and easy to make it low calorie/fat as well. The only downside was that there wasn't enough! If I make it for more than 3 people next time I will double the recipe.

Before I made this, I read the reviews. I ADDED corn, taco seasoning and I used both the crunchy and soft tortillas. My husband loved it. It was easy and quick. I will make it again.
