I cook for the 5 guys at my firehouse. From the very first time I made this recipe it has been a favorite of theirs. It's delicious and filling! We buy a couple of rotissierre chickens and pick them down for a super easy meal when we're having a busy shift. Definitely a great tasting comfort meal!

I have made it serveral times for my family. I also prepared it for my in-laws while we went to visit them in Colorado. It always tastes great!! Instead of cubing the chicken I shredded mine for a more authetic taste.
