Chicken Pizza Muffins

Ingredients:


4 English muffins, split and toasted
1/2 cup Prego® Chunky Garden Combination Italian Sauce
2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese  (1 ounce)
Crushed red pepper OR dried oregano leaves


Directions:


Place the muffins on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread about 1 tablespoon sauce on each muffin half. Divide the chicken and cheese among the muffin halves. Sprinkle with red pepper.

Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
