What You'll Need

1 can (about 20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice
1 can (about 15 ounces) cream of coconut
2 bottles (16 ounces each) V8 Splash® Tropical Blend Juice Drink (4 cups)
3 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup light rum

How to Make It

  • 1

    Put the pineapple with juice and cream of coconut in a blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into a 3-quart pitcher.

    Put the juice drink and ice cubes into the blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth. Add to the pineapple mixture and stir in the rum, if desired. Serve immediately.
