What You'll Need

3 pounds ground beef
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
2 medium green peppers, chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
3 medium onions, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
18 Pepperidge Farm® Hamburger Buns, split

How to Make It

  • 1

    Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.

    Stir the beef, soup, green peppers, onions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and black pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker.

  • 3

    Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours* or until the vegetables are tender.  Divide the beef mixture among the buns.
