What You'll Need

3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
4 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into serving-sized pieces

How to Make It

    Stir the picante sauce, preserves, soy sauce and ginger in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the ribs and turn to coat.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the ribs are fork-tender.
