What You'll Need

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup uncooked regular brown rice
1 large red pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
2 pounds sweet Italian pork sausage, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

How to Make It

    Stir the soup, broth, water, rice, pepper, onion, garlic, thyme and sausage in a 6-quart slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the sausage is cooked through.
