What You'll Need

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl.  Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.

    Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture.

    Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.
