What You'll Need

4 salmon steaks, 3/4-inch thick
1/2 cup milk
dash Ground black pepper
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tablespoons dry sherry
4 slices pasteurized prepared Swiss cheese (about 3 ounces)
Paprika

How to Make It

  • 1

Heat the oven to 350°F. Place the salmon in a greased, 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour the milk over the salmon and sprinkle with the black pepper.

  • 2

Bake for 30 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork. Stir the soup and sherry in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • 3

Pour the soup mixture over the salmon. Top with the cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbling.
