What You'll Need

4 cups mixed salad greens torn in bite-size pieces
1/2 cup prepared blue cheese or French salad dressing
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 medium tomato, diced (about 1 cup)
1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Classic Caesar Croutons

How to Make It

    Toss the salad greens and dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated. Arrange the salad greens on a platter. Top the salad greens with the chicken, bacon, eggs, tomato and croutons. Serve with additional dressing, if desired.

Easy Substitutions

  • Helper: For 2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed, for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Easy Substitution: Substitute 3 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained, for the cooked chicken.
