What You'll Need

2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apricot spreadable fruit jelly or apple jelly
1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/4 cup coarsely chopped apple
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Pumpernickel Bread or Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted

How to Make It

    Stir the mayonnaise and spreadable fruit in a small bowl. Stir in the chicken and apple.

    Arrange the lettuce on the bread slices. Divide the chicken mixture between the bread slices.
