What You'll Need

4 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 6 cups)
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell's® Beef Gravy

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the potatoes into a 3-quart saucepan and add water to cover.  Heat over medium-high heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.  Drain the potatoes well in a colander.  Return the potatoes to the saucepan.

    Mash the potatoes with the milk and butter.

    Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until hot and bubbling.  Serve the gravy with the potatoes.
