What You'll Need

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
4 cups bow tie pasta or medium tube-shaped pasta (ziti), cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Classic Caesar Croutons
1/2 cup marinated sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
1/2 cup walnut halves, coarsely chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

    Stir the oil, vinegar and parsley in a small bowl. Reserve 2/3 cup of the dressing and set it aside.

    Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing often with the remaining dressing. Slice chicken into thin strips. Discard any remaining dressing.

    Toss the pasta, croutons, tomatoes, chicken, walnuts and reserved dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately.
