What You'll Need

1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Corn Bread Stuffing, crushed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 fresh or thawed frozen catfish fillets (about 1 pound)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
Creamy ranch salad dressing or chunky blue cheese salad dressing

How to Make It

    Stir the stuffing and paprika on a plate.  Beat the egg in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk.  Dip the fish into the egg.  Coat the fish with the stuffing mixture.  Place the fish onto a baking sheet.  Drizzle the fish with the butter.

    Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.  Serve with the salad dressing for dipping.
