1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup  (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 cups frozen fried potato nuggets

  • Cook the beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the soup, ketchup and Worcestershire in the skillet.  Spoon the beef mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Arrange the potatoes around the inside edge of the baking dish.
  • Bake at 425°F. for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.

This was SOOOOO good! The only thing I will do differently next time is cover the whole top with tater tots.

This recipe was quick, easy and delicious. I added minced garlic and paprika to give it a little extra flavor. Awesome!

My family liked it, our four year old son loved it. "That's the goodest dinner I ever had!" Even my 13 month old enjoyed it. I used ground. turkey and added one cup of steamed peas and half a 4 oz can of mushroom pieces. The picture shown seems to be a loaf pan! I used an 11" x 7" Pyrex dish, but could go smaller.
