1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
5 cups medium tube-shaped pasta (ziti), cooked and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Absolutely delicious. I tweeked the recipe a little by adding bell pepper and lightly seasoning the pasta. I also used penne pasta instead of ziti, but it still turned out great! My husband and picky son loved it so I'll definitely be making it again!
